REFUNDS
Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To receive an authorization number, please email customer service at contact@souad15boutiques.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
If not completely satisfied you may return your merchandise for a full store credit only. Returns are accepted with our authorization only.
You have 7 days to return any unwanted article.
We will not be accepting any article that has been worn, washed or damaged. The article should be in its original condition to be accepted.
Store Credit will be applied to the original account as soon as we authorized the returned item; An email will be sent to you as a confirmation.
We are not responsible in case of lost, stolen or damaged item, therefore contact the shipment company. We will advise you to purchase a shipping insurance, to do so contact the shipping company from the tracking number we will send you.
We will send the shipping details as soon as the item leave our facility.
Note that you can only pick item within your original expense, any item worth more or less than your original expense will be either charge to you or save into your account for future purchases .
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your account and emails. Store credits take 72 hours to appeared into your account from the day we received and authorize the return.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to do so contact the shipping company.We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
